setting up nofitications

hi,

1) Where can I edite the template for sending notification such as Email subject, email patterns, not the attributes sent with the emial, but the template itself.

2) Need help trying to set up this rule.

I want this :

secenrio 1 Single event cleaned - how ? I have all, and all errors, not all clean but errors

secenrio 2 Single event not cleaned from any reason- by configuring all errors do the trick.

secenrio 3 - repeated event on the same server - how can I do it ?
