Symantec Endpoint console not connecting to report server

I can access reporting at http://localhost:8014/reporting on the Server

The SEPM console starts up and works but will not display any reports from the above it just hangs with white page.

OBDC tests ok

IP=127.0.0.1:2638

Server name: SPC_ACCESS-LOB

DB File:  C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\db\Sem5

Login "DBA" password "********"

Although server name has "SPC_" in front of it..

reporting from console worked fine before update.  from 1056 to 1294

Im thinking something to do with commiunication from console to Server

Any suggestions???

Windows sbs server2008r2

SEPM just upgraded from 11.0.7.7101.1056 to 11.0.7300.1294
