SEPM Scan problem

Hi All,

I have made a policy in my SEPM for some exception, but I have just rebooted my sepm server and check system event logs and found there "Scan started on all drives and all extensions".

Its mean policy will not work what I created?

Does this mean that the scan is ignoring the exceptions that I created  or somthing else.
