I'm hoping someone can help me out. I was out of the office for part of last week and when I came back today I found that my antivirus definitions are no longer up to date, for any PC in the company.
My SEPM shows Latest from Symantec is 11/19/2013 r1 Latest on Manager is 11/18/2013 r50
clients use GUPs for their local area, but the corporate office pulls direct from the SEP Manager.
Downloaded SymHelp and the clients report SEP 12.1 Submission Control Data Definitions are corrupt
I have no idea how to actually correct this... I know I can do some cleanup on an individual PC, but no idea on a mass update. I'm considering pushing the clients to the official symantec update server to try to update them but i haven't done that yet.
any ideas?
