SEP 12 self protecting technology

Hey all,

Can someone explain to me without linking to articles, how a managed SEP 12 client with Tamper protection enabled and all best practice guides for securing the client applied at SEPM level, can have its own "Symantec Endpoint protection" folder from Program Files\ deleted?

No utility was used just remote c$ share to another machine sitting on the same network and a deleting the files off disk. SEP12.1.3.
