Scan command from console

Hello,

is there any specific permission needed to allow admins to run a scan from the console (as the Full access on group when trying to install a client for example) ?

Also, can you confirm me that the scan lanched there is a full scan possible, according settings in the AV policy, "Administrator on-deman scan" part ?
