Deployment package for multiple OUs

Is there a way to make a deployment package for SEP 12.1.3 so when installed on a system locally from a USB stick the system will go to the correct OU in our AD structure within SEPM?

We having some floor-walkers performing specific tasks on our systems, which would we like to complete an AV migration at the same time.

Our AD structure is within our SEPM 12.1.3 Server, so just need a way to complete this final task.
