I need a solution
SEP 12 is blocking access to Home printer.
version 12.1 ru1 mp1.
for a user while connecting from home , he is trying to install his home printer and he is not able to install the HP printer software.
firewall log say that UDP ,outgoing traffic blocked for that device.
firewall rule set to sev 15 , block all traffic, any device.
need solution to get this user install the HP software or need to make changes to FW?
