Unable to install Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2 or 12.1.3 Win32-bit Client

Hi Support,

I have tried to install Endpoint Protection 12.1.3 Win32-bit Client with help from Anila (Symantec Technical Support) into Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition but failed @ Network Protection

But old Endpoint Protection 11.7 is working fine for Windows Server 2003 but not in 12.1.2 and 12.1.3

Why ?
