Explicit Group Update Providers table

Hello,

We have one group in SEPM with all different location clients in it including many GUPS. On that group, there is a policy that lists out all subnet mapping them to their GUP appropriately.  This is working fine for many locations however for one of the location, it doesn't seem to work, although the gup machines are setup correctly.  I have a network 10.189.0.0/16 that should go to GUP 10.81.68.23 .  I have telnet to the gup from the client subnet on port 2967 and telnet work, gup has also downloaded from sepm.  Please advise.
