Clients firewall policy disabled but still appears enabled on SEPM

I need a solution

Hi, i have a group of clients with firewall policy disabled but in the manager a lot of them in the Firewall Status tab says Enabled. I send and update content to the group and the status changed to Disabled by Policy but when i check at next day they back again to status Enabled. Some clients always has the enabled status even if i do an update content over them.

The communication setting is push and my manager and clients versions are 12.1.2100
