Need to know precisely where the exceptions are listed in the Exchange server

The Exchange servers are Windows 2003 (32 Bit Systems) Exchange is 2003. On the client itself, the exceptions are not lised. The manager wants to see them listed in the client to verify that the exceptions are in fact in place and are working as they should. We looked in the registry and see the settings set at "0" We really want to verify the exceptions for exchange, and have them listed in the client interface and not just the registry. Is this possible?
