I need a solution

Hi,

I have logged a case#03694228 with Symantec for Virus alrets that we experiencing a issue like Back.Trojan, Hacktool.Rootkit & Win32 Spybot.Worm viruses are frequently getting detected on XP systems and as per symantec they have definitions for these virus or risk and action taken is "clean byt detection" .

But some times virus get deleted by SEP and sometimes system gets infected by these viruses. I have followed all the steps whatever Symantec guys suggested to me to get this issue resolved but all vain.

Everyday 4-5 systems are getting inected by these viruses and also getting alerts from approx more than 100 XP systems form the network.

Risk tracer is also enabled but the source information is not listed in risk report so please help me on this.

Regards

Dinesh Pandey
