I need a solution

I started to upgrade to version 12.1.2100.2093 all the computer of my company to solve the issue with Huawei 3G usb stick. Issue with this kind of stick is solved but now I meet another issue. All computer running on Windows 7 works well but all the computers running on Windows XP meet network performance issues. Indeed I have very irregular pings when I ping it and the users complain about the slow behavior of their computers.
Does anyone already had this issue?
