Need software installations log and mail trigger when a new software is installed

Hi ,

I am using SEPManager version 12.1.1101.401 on windows server 2008.

Can we create a noitification when ever a new software is installed on endpoints and also help me on how to create a mail trigger when ever a new software is installed on enpointsa and finally where to check the logs of software installations in SEPM??
