exchange 2010 edge transport folders to exclude

accoridng to this article SAVCE should exclude Exchange 2010 folders.  Is this one of the spam folders it shoudl exclude?

c:\program files (x86)\Syamntec\SMSMSE\6.5\Server\Temp

Or do i need ot enter that one manually?
