I need a solution
We've been trying to install the 64 bit version of SEP 12.1.2 into a 64 bit version of Windows 8. It completes the installing without bluescreening the machine, but it doesn't appear to be working.
There are no EXEs in the C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection folder.
There is no SEP shield in the System Tray.
The client has not connected to our SEPM server yet, and is therefore not searchable.
The Windows firewall is disabled.
What can I try next?
