Having issues in disabling Symantec Related Services

Hello Folks,

This is a URGENT requirement where we need to stop Symantec Related Services in a server for two weeks. This is needed to install a software where the vendor says the running AV quarantines the application installation so need to stop the services.

During the installation, the server can be rebooted many a times. So please let me know how to disable SEP services and set the properties to manual. This wont interfer if I reboot the server and installthe product.
