File and print sharing not working - SEP 12

After completing an autoupgrade from SEP 12 to SEP 12RU1MP1, file and print sharing has been disabled -unknown how . Only NTP - IPS installed, NO FIREWALL component. How can I check what is blocking the file and print sharing feature in windows? What could cause this as the previous version was working. Only upgrade done to client.

When trying to enable file and print sharing..still nothing works. Client to server network share working, BUT NOT client to client share. Affecting Win 7 machines.

Any ideas
